Intern Position Available, Spring and Summer Semesters

Intern Position available for students with advanced skills in social media, web design, retail sales, advertising and marketing.

Zippys Bikes is a bike sales, rental and repair store located in Wildwood, NJ. Zippys focuses on customer service and the customization of beach cruisers, along with selling fixed gear bicycles and bike accessories. Zippys also purchases used bicycles and refurbishes them for resale.

Zippys is looking for interns to expand our social media advertising on both Twitter and Facebook. Position would also include creating newspaper ads, press releases and working with local newspaper and radio sales representatives. Additional duties would include sales, light clerical work and light inventory work. Position is 40 hours per week, starting March 2013. We are looking for an outgoing, social person with great communication skills for our fast paced bike sales environment at the beach. Qualifications:

Sales experience, marketing and advertising experience. Knowledge of social media, web skills.
