Sodexo employs thousands of culinary experts in all our divisions. Our chefs feed everyone from Walt Disney characters to our U.S. Marines. They can be found cooking in the community through volunteerism, taking leftover meals to food banks and teaching culinary skills to tomorrow’s future cooks. Sodexo uses a unique Culinary Foundations program designed for one on one, small or large group culinary instruction.
You will have the opportunity to work with Sodexo Chefs and learn basic culinary preparation techniques and how to create and modify recipes to make them suitable for clients.
You may perform cooking demonstrations and promote wellness to various populations and/or ethnic groups.

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and use a ladder when necessary. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
• Must have flexibility of schedule.
