FOOD ECOMMERCE RESEARCH/PLANNING
Description:
Self-starter to help launch an exciting new food-oriented e-commerce Web business. You will work directly with the producers in Downtown Manhattan to identify and qualify sources and vendors of specialty foods and food-related products. Youll also help build a financial forecast and timeline, place and track initial orders.
Qualifications:
Excellent research capabilities, phone presence to interview and qualify suppliers, interest and knowledge of food, curiosity about rare and hard to find ingredients for the home cook and professional, ability to ferret out the best of each category, knowledge of business plan construction, Excel and Word proficient.
