Job Title: Intern Corporate and Groups Sales
Reports to: Sr. Director Corporate Travel
Anticipated Start Date: March 2010


RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales support
• General Support for Corporate and Groups Team
• Assisting Sr. Director, Corporate Travel
• Research and analyze potential new accounts
• Actively consolidate and develop business reviews for the corporate Key Accounts
• Create production reports and Sales presentations dedicated to our key accounts
• Handle group requests
• Liaison between hotels and clients
• Handling requests from new prospects
• Key user for ASA (Accor Sales Application), Cognos
• Creates flyers, possibly brochures and monthly newsletters


Special projects
• Reports/Analysis
• Participate in Marketing & Sales group projects
Other
• General correspondence
• Phone reception and transfer
• Guests information

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS
• Sales oriented
• PowerPoint and Excel
• Focused, Analytical, show initiative
• Motivated and dynamic
• Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Multitasking is a must
• Field of Study Business, Sales
• Previous experience not necessary but appreciated
• Must be available for 12 to 18 months
