Brief Project Description:
The Asset Building Department would like a college intern to work on two major projects.

The first is to develop a “Site Operations Manual” for our partners within the EarnBenefits Network. The intern will research common practices used in the field such as application procedures, management support, marketing and outreach guidelines, eligibility requirements, and troubleshooting instructions. The intern will compile the information into a binder and circulate it to each of the sites within our network. The manual will help to guide the work in the field and provide consistency and continuity across each site.

The second project for the intern is to serve as the Coordinator of the department’s business plan. The intern will directly work with senior staff and the department’s consultant to schedule meetings with community partners, stakeholders, and potential customers as well as keep track of records on price packages for EBO and marketing strategies for the business plan.

Qualifications:

• Graduate student (MPA, MPP, MBA);
• Excellent writing and researching skills a must; and
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word a must.

Some travel to various sites may be necessary.
