Description:

- Answer phones and make calls
-Maintain the membership status and books
- Monitor monthly program calendars
- Create flyers and maintain social media advertising and websites
-Communicate with program managers and manage the office
-Other event related duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Able to manage various Fundraising Initiatives
- Quick learner who is willing to learn various aspects of fundraising, project management, and basic grant writing (will provide training)
-Role model for youth who is able to positively communicate with them
-Possess some experience with Microsoft word
-Excellent Learning Opportunity

We are a youth mentoring program with ongoing events ranging from sports, to social events, trips, mentoring program, esteem building, panels, black history month programs, hair shows, etc. We seek to empower our youth through involvement in events which expose them to community involvement and which develop a sense of importance among these youth. www.newflexyouthprograms.com
