Intern Coaches-Mentor
Description:
Monitor Game Schedule
-Conduct weekly practice sessions
-Manage attendance
-Communicate with parents of youth
-Work with other coaches to create game schedules
-Ensure youth attend mandatory mentor programs on Saturdays to participate in practice
-Ensure youth are in line with code of ethics for athletes and mentees (will be provided to all coaches)
-Be on time for all sporting events
- Provide weekly reports on practice
-Manage monthly academic incentive reports for athletes
Qualifications:
Perform well in a fast paced environment that
- Some experience with basketball
-Able to manage group of 7-15 young ladies (team)
Hours:
3pm- Weekends, F, Sat,

We are a youth mentoring program with ongoing events ranging from sports, to social events, trips, mentoring program, esteem building, panels, black history month programs, hair shows, etc. We seek to empower our youth through involvement in events which expose them to community involvement and which develop a sense of importance among these youth. www.newflexyouthprograms.comTags:Credit Hours are available
