The Playfair Planning Services Internship Program is designed to prepare interns with an opportunity for a realistic perspective into the world of financial literacy and marketable work experience. The selected and committed group of young men and women who get the most value from our internships are:

Qualifications:

Candidates applying for the Playfair Planning Services Internship Program must be a full time student with a declared major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning or closely related program. In addition:
-Minimum 3.0 GPA
-Previous internships in the financial industry or client services are a plus
-Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks

Core Competencies:
-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
-Confident personality willing to take initiative will be essential to enable the assistant to deal competently
with a range of people and tasks
-Superior organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
-Customer / Client service orientation. Driven to meet or exceed consumer expectations
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
-Creative thinker, decision making acumen, problem solver
-Computer literate. Comfortable with technology and the use of standard office programs and networks
-Demonstrated leadership ability
