Description:

Assist the Lead Designer in all aspects of the design
process for editorial, business, and engineering. Expect 9-11 hour
days that will require creativity and diligence in equal measures --
but you will have work product for your portfolio that youll show for
years to come ... and will be far beyond what you could get elsewhere.

Qualifications:

A student (college, preferably) who has samurai-quality
design skills (Photoshop & Illustrator), dexterity with digital design
tools (some experience with Dreamweaver and other coding apparatuses
helpful), deftness with video editing (Final Cut Pro) and a serious,
obsessive interest in digital publishing design -- the kind of design
informed equally by art, data, and intellect. Willing to put in an
incredible amount of time and effort to help build not just the look
but the architecture of a dynamic group of sites.
