We are a boutique event planning and marketing company looking for an outgoing, driven intern to join our team.

We are two young entrepreneurs, planning 40 events a month. Its a work hard/play hard mentality for us.

This is a great opportunity to learn about event planning, experimental marketing, business, social media and meet new people!

We want someone who is excited to learn about starting a new business, and planning events. Someone who appreciates the nightlife industry, is comfortable with socializing, confident in meeting new people, and most importantly, someone to assit us on site with our events and meetings.

Qualifications:

Duties will include:
Venue outreach
Managing and organizing database
Creative marketing ideas for free party planning service
Learn how to assist in planning, marketing and on site management of our events
Working with the Promotions Department on weekly events
Social media marketing on Twitter and Facebook
Assist in planning and production of our annual Halloween event

Job Requirements:
Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent writing/verbal communications skills are a must because you will be interacting with clients
Must be personable and very social
The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is key
Must be able to attend events that last until 2:00am (must be 21 or older to work these events)
