ToTheCenter.com - a property of TheCelebrityCafe.com - seeks aspiring writers/journalists with a passion for politics and current events.

Our writing internship is 3 months and interns can work from any location. It is unpaid, and there is no cost to students.

Responsibilities include working with editors to create daily news content in an assigned/freelance atmosphere. Interns will work on assigned topics in a breaking news environment as well as create original feature content on a weekly basis. They will also learn to promote their work via social media, write SEO-friendly headlines and content, and learn the principles of timely publishing on the web.

Intern applicants should have excellent written communication skills and a basic knowledge and understanding of journalistic practices and principles. A knowledge of current events and politics is a must. Basic HTML knowledge is preferred but not required.
