Description:

• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
• Ability to hand out promotional materials in the local area to businesses, apartment buildings, colleges and other potential clients (Hand out minimum of 100 flyers per day.)
• Work with management to increase number of clients
• Develop and implement word of mouth marketing strategy
• Develop and implement social media strategy
• Periodically work with management to implement and change overall marketing strategy
• Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by the firm
• Warmly greet guests and tax preparers
• Ability to professionally answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful and timely manner (within 2 rings)
• Ability to schedule appointments
• Work with management to insure that all necessary tax preparation documents and disclosures are available for client meetings
• The ability to handle various guest and caller inquires and issues in a timely, professional and consistent manner
• Attend all meetings and training sessions as required
• Responsible for the follow up of various circumstances

Qualifications:

• Bilingual a plus, Self motivated, Can do attitude for marketing what the firm has to offer, Prior marketing experience a plus, Ability to professionally work with the general public, Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, Cooperative, positive and friendly attitude, Passion for marketing, Good organizational, verbal & written skills, Ability to work independently and with others
