Description:

JIBE (JIBE.com) is a rapidly growing, VC-funded tech startup based out of New York City.
At JIBE, we leverage Facebook and Linkedin to allow users to add personal references to their job applications, and we are currently looking for an intern to assist with social media and marketing.

The intern will be directly involved with the social media, customer service, and marketing efforts of JIBE. The intern will mainly be helping with Facebook and Twitter accounts, customer inquiries, company blog, and email campaigns.

Since you will be working on the ground floor of a startup, you will also get the opportunity to be involved in other areas of the company, and there is also room for growth after your internship is over.

Please note that the internship is unpaid, but free lunch is provided every day. Please only respond if you can commit to at least 10-15 hours/week in our Union Square office.

Qualifications:

Strong computer research skills, interest & experience in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin), excellent writing skills, ability to commit to 10-15 hours/week.
