So you want to work in IT for SecondMarket? Through challenging assignments, exposure to our various markets and technology teams and on-the-job experience, you’ll get a taste of what it means to be a tech guru at SecondMarket.

Responsibilities:
- Work with system and network engineers to implement a more robust monitoring solution for WAN/LAN, servers, and core infrastructure
- Assist engineers with setting up a license, configuration and inventory management servers
- Assist traders and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Skills:
- B.S., M.S. in IT, MIS, CIS, CS or related degree (must be currently enrolled for degree)
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience with any of the following: Telephony Skills, Window, Mac, Network/Systems Basic Trouble Shooting Skills
- Able to communicate well verbally, over the phone, and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
