Marketing & Inventory Management Internship
Description:

We build custom-made internships, based on your skills and interests. For example, you could:
· Assist with marketing campaigns geared towards property owners and management companies.
· Learn how to research and implement ways to better advertise our apartments.
· Help run statistical analysis to determine competitive pricing in the Real Estate Industry
· Assist with recruiting new listings to our database.
· Learn and draft descriptions about attractions in NYC, Paris, London and south of France
· Help create listings from start to finish, including photo selection & description writing.
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For:
· 3 months minimum preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Proficiency in another language (Spanish, Italian or French) is a plus
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Excellent computer skills
· Interest in Real Estate.
· Flexible schedules

• Learn how to Support manager with day-to-day activities.
• Discover ways to develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and schools.
• Understand how to follow up relationships with NY Habitat customers.
• Train to maintain database of clients.
• Participate and understand market trends and customer needs.
• Be able to use your analytic skills to review data, and research client demographics such as: schools, corporations, and owners.
• Develop proficient phone skills.
Your profile:
• You are able to start within the next 2 months.
• You are available a minimum of 3 months, 20 to 25h/week.
• You are curious and want to learn new things.
• You have exceptional English communication skills!
• You have superb time management skills.
• You have a strong ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in French is a plus (not require)
• You have patience and perseverance.
• You have the capability to adapt a myriad of situations in a fast pace multi-cultural environment.
