Description:

-Assist the Director of Online Marketing with her daily duties as needed.
-SEO: Work with the director and SEO agency to improve our sites natural rankings. This will include on page optimizations and copy writing.
-PPC: Work with the director and CMO to handle PPC (Pay Per Click) activities, which will include keyword generation, Ad Copy, analysis of campaigns, analysis of ROI, CPA (cost per acquisition), and monthly reporting on the campaigns performance.
-Online Advertising: Identify potential opportunities for online banners and advertising with direct publishers in our target markets.
-Affiliates: Identify potential partners for us to work with
-Website Design/usability: Identifying ways to improve the website experience for visitors
-Social Media: assist with our Social Media efforts (updating Twitter and Facebook Pages)
-Other: Handle clerical office duties: filing/copy writing/faxing/scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

-Strong creative and writing skills to generate copywriting and ad creatives
-Strong analytical skills
-Well organized and able to multitask
-Experience in offline or online marketing techniques is preferred;
-Enthusiastic and passionate about learning about web/online marketing
-Ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines
-Excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as within a team
-Must be able to pass background check
