Rewind.Me is a new iOS app that lets people benefit from a new personal asset, their digital history. Coming off the completion of the 2012 TechStars NYC program, Rewind.Me was one of 13 companies chosen to participant in their start-up accelerator this spring, out of 1600 companies that applied.

Rewind.Me is looking for a highly motivated intern with experience and passion for social monitoring, research, blogging, micro-blogging and community management. The intern must be ambitious and eager to learn the ins-and-outs of the social media business with our team.

Responsibilities include:
- monitor and engage our user community
- identify key social media outlets (bloggers, influencers, content sites, etc. ) and establish relationships by writing and submitting content to this group
- curate and organize relevant content to post
- analyze social data and research user trends
- coordinate marketing, PR and communication assets

The social media, community management intern will work directly with the CEO and Marketing Manager and will be motivated by working on a team, future career opportunities within the company and industry, and learning as much as possible during the internship. We will help build your portfolio during this internship that will set you apart from peers in the competitive job market, and will provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

- min of 2 active personal and/or professional social networking accounts

- creative writing skills

- min of 20 hours per week in our New York City office

must have an iPhone and MacBook

exceptional positive and social attitude

great interpersonal skills - ability to network online and at events

graphic design knowledge, a plus

The internship starts immediately.
