Administration and Events Internship

We partner with the worlds largest software company.
The role:
To provide high level administration support with specific focus on coordinating all company seminar and events. This role also maintains overall office administration and coordination.
Other Key Accountabilities:
Event Management
1 Assist in the development and execution of Events
2 Coordinate bookings of venue, catering, production of marketing materials as required
3 Follow up on all email campaigns and collateral
4 Ensure all Marketing Collateral and Company Marketing Resources (physical) are properly stored, maintained in good condition, order more when levels are running low, organised and arranged, for easy location and access when required for events
5 Represent the company at events in a composed and professional manner at all timesAdministration
1 Answer all incoming calls using a polite phone manner, accurate recording of all caller details and distribution/relaying to the correct person in a timely manner
2 Representing the company as “Front of House” in a composed and professional manner, welcoming all guests politely, offering coffee/water and tending to their needs, promptly and appropriately informing the relevant employee of their guests arrival when required
3 Management, maintenance and ordering of stationary, organisation of the stationary cupboard and its items. Ordering of items by request when approved by Management
4 Execute ad hoc directives from senior employees as requested with application of accurate prioritisation and multitasking abilities
