Description:

Capra Sano Media is a West-Coast Photography/Film/Sound company specializing in documentaries and events, as well as being the official media partner of arts and education group STUDIO:alchemy.
Capra Sano will be producing media throughout the course of the fall and need a sound intern who, under direct supervision from a Capra Sano partner, will be responsible for the set-up and operation of audio equipment for all filming/photography assignments Capra Sano takes on. The Sound Intern will get hands-on experience working with established West Coast professionals making an East Coast debut. Intern will work with Capra Sano and partner STUDIO:alchemy directly in creation and completion of all projects. Candidates should have solid knowledge of audio equipment, programs, and electronics. College credit is available for certain internships through the interns sponsoring institution.

Qualifications:

•Operate the sound equipment during filming.
•Ability to regulate volume level and achieve the highest sound quality possible for all video content.
•Interact continuously with partners in order to ensure that audio needs are met in a timely and effective manner
•Represent and Capra Sano Media!
•Proficiency with audio mixing, recording, editing, and amplification equipment
•Effective organization, planning and time-management

Educational Requirements:
•Currently a college Junior or Senior
•Have previous experience as an audio equipment operator or video sound experience
