Production Internship
Description:
The Execs at DiGa are former interns themselves and understand the value of a fully embedded intern experience for all involved. Interns who join DiGa will have a unique opportunity to be a big part of the creation, development and production of a variety of programming.
With so many projects going, every day is different in the office and interns will get hands on experience in preparing sizzle reels for network pitches, assist in managing the development slate by doing research for current and potential upcoming projects, serve as a Production Assistant on shoots, provide coverage on potential scripted projects and writers, and attend weekly brainstorm meetings where they will have the opportunity to pitch out their own ideas as well as give input on current DiGa projects. (to name a few!) Interns will get exposure to all departments: Casting, Development, Production and will have the opportunity to contribute in any way they desire.
The experience will feel real, as will the responsibilities. Interns will be expected to pitch ideas and have a solid knowledge of the TV and online landscape. DiGa is committed to nurturing our interns and preparing them to be successful either at DiGa or wherever their career takes them upon graduation.
