Description:

Brooklyns premier residential rental and commercial leasing firm seeks two ambitious, determined, detail-oriented college students to act as interns to the Commercial Leasing Division group. The students will have the opportunity to assist in the re-design and re-population of a portion of Ideal Properties Groups proprietary database. At the same time, the project will emulate the daily activities of top-producing agents and brokers. Primary responsibilities will include mapping, collection of data, inputting of data, and research. The intricacies of a real estate agency business, daily workflow and challenges of real estate agents work in competitive sales environments, personal presentation skills and confidence-building strategies.

Qualifications:
