Description:

Our business clients are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly organized and has the proven ability to problem-solve.
Work with Sales to get approvals for pricing and order quantities.
Track progress on artwork, ship dates, approvals, catalogue samples, etc.
Writing up order forms (both electronic and paper) and collect payment
Rapport building .
Report directly to Marketing Manager
Attend meetings and conferences .

Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or equivalent preferred in Business or similar program.
Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience brand management administration within consumer goods.
Strong excel and computer skills.
Must be extremely well organized and work well under pressure and be a strong problem- solver .
Self-motivated with good initiative – work well with minimal supervision .
Experience meeting multiple deadlines and objectives.
Strong team player with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others .
Must be flexible and able to adapt to new situations.
We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.
