We are looking for ten young women to participate in a six-month internship program in New York City and create a media campaign to raise awareness amongst teenagers about human trafficking. From February to June we’ll be meeting every Saturday to hear from experts in anti-trafficking, social media, advertising, fundraising and everything in between (from food drives to flashmobs). We’ll read some books, watch some movies and do a lot of scheming with anti-trafficking advocate Hannah Omolade. As the team builds the campaign, they will also be raising funds to travel abroad this July to spend time with survivors of trafficking their own age.

Qualifications:

- A female US citizen
- Enrolled in high school
- Available to attend all Saturday training sessions in NYC
(10AM-4PM every Saturday from February 23 to July 27 **excluding major holidays, school breaks and any extenuating circumstances)
-Interested in social media, advertising, film production, business, or simply giving young women a greater voice.
