Responsibilities:Social Community Outreach
Manage Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media accounts
Write blog posts
Support public relations campaigns including writing press releases related to new services and client updates
Monitor social media sites, alerts, blogs, and clipping software for any mention of Power Swabs or client brands or related topics; research and coordinate the appropriate response in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in online conversations, personifying Power Swabs and clients in a positive, helpful light by listening to users, being sensitive to hot button topics and issues, and providing a solution whenever possible
Research related topics, post new content for key user audiences to maintain a positive, relevant presence for Power Swabs and clients
Provide reports on success (and challenges) of all social media efforts
Work on the day to day social medial postings to include Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn for our Partner Solutions Team
Work on our own social media site to create postings and updates
Special projects or other duties as assigned
Collaborate internally to accomplish work projects
