Fundraising and Events Intern
Description:
The development office, located in Manhattan, is seeking an intern to support our events, fundraising and outreach efforts.This position will cover many facets of non-profit development, including fundraising, research, database management, solicitation, and general non-profit operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal intern will be self-motivated, work well independently and with others, and have a keen itnerest in learning about non-profit development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher) and internet research is a must. Extra-curricular experience with a charitable organization is a plus! This is a part-time Monday-Friday position with a flexible schedule.
