COMMUNICATIONS & DESIGN INTERN DESCRIPTION: PS122 is seeking a Communications & Design intern to work closely with the Communications & Branding Manager and the Creative Technology Developer with PS122’s in-house design needs. Candidate must be motivated, work quickly and independently, with an interest in communications, design and social media. He or she must have intimate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and InDesign) and be internet-saavy. Candidate must be detail oriented, have very strong organizational skills, and possess a desire to understand the ins and outs of marketing, design and grassroots cultural organizing. Ideally available a minimum of 10-15 hours per week during office hours with flexibility for the right person.
