The Arielle-Wren, Inc. Associates Program will give an in-depth understanding of the media and entertainment world through media relations, event management and video and onsite production. It will also allow you to understand basic business practices. Our associates are able to successfully secure exciting and rewarding jobs in the industry after interning with us. Intern will also work closely with sister company Noelle-Elaine Media.

Qualifications:

Intern Requirements
• Must be trustworthy
• Must know Social Media and blogging platforms including; Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, WordPress and Hootsuite
Minimum three days a week; two days in the office and one day virtual
• Major in media related field (preferably journalism, public relations, marketing or business)
• College credit preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong writing skills (please submit writing samples)
• Excellent communications skills
• Typing and PowerPoint mandatory
• Must also serve as office coordinator (answering phone, deliveries, etc.)
• Some travel may be required
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be comfortable working in a home office

Duties

• Assist in development of event concept
• Assist with development of scripts
• Book talent and speakers for events
• Conduct site visits
• Coordinate logistics
• Create client summary reports
• Create qualitative and quantitative media reports
• Develop pitch angles
• List management
• Participate in all client calls and meetings
• Pitch broadcast, print, radio and Internet media
• Write press releases and media alerts
• Manage social media pages
• Send out mailings
• Manage Real Estate postings
