What You Will Learn:

• You will gain experience working in a Microsoft back office environment and will grow accustomed to the administration and practices that go along with it. You will learn about the building of network and domain security, as well as a base level understanding of UNIX and databases.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing help desk tickets by assisting with IT issues around the office
• Providing end-user support
• Performing general data center cleaning and organization
• Assisting in server rebuilds and the deployment of new technology

Qualifications:

• Background in Microsoft Operating System and Office
• Basic knowledge of desktop PC’s and computer hardware
• Knowledge of network cabling and telecommunications devices is helpful
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and/or Exchange a plus
• Ability to collaborate with a small team
• You must receive college credit for this internship
