Quality Assurance Intern
Description:
What You Will Learn:
• Working with a team of QA engineers and mobile carriers, you will learn about engaging in testing in the wireless industry. You will gain a vast knowledge of wireless application testing and programming, as well as the ability to test, program, and debug cell phones.
Responsibilities Include:
• Preparation of test plans and test cases
• Reconciling phone inventory
• Verifying bills from individual mobile carriers
• Conducting bulk reporting and tracking
• Assisting in server rebuilds and the deployment of new technology
• Handling general testing duties
Qualifications:
• Working towards a degree in Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of J2ME, BREW, or other cell phone technology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Quickbase and/or Java programming a plus
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• You must receive college credit for this internship
