Were looking to mentor a motivated intern as a part of our next Marketing project. This is a non-paid opportunity to learn marketing skills from the ground up. This internship specializes in the field of Affiliate Marketing, also known as Referral Marketing. The intern will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight about Affiliate Marketing through various tools and resources supplied by Delegated to Done and our CEO Deanna Maio. After learning the basics, the intern will practice referral marketing hands-on by writing blog posts, utilizing social media sites, creating videos, and creating digital graphics to promote various products that our clients and customers can benefit from.

-Timeline: This is 3 to 6 month internship and the exact length can be customized for you and your school schedule. If you need a certain number of hours for your school requirements, we can work with you. You must be able to dedicate 10 or more hours per week throughout the duration, and these hours could be worked around your schedule. We are looking to start with someone as soon as possible.

-Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Even though our internships are unpaid, we know the experience, mentorship, training, and non-monetary benefits will positively impact your career far beyond the term of your internship! Just recently one of our past interns said she got called for a job, and got it, just because of some specific experience she gained during her internship!

Qualifications:

-Ideal Candidates:
-Energetic and excited students or others (working or unemployed professionals, creatives, stay-at-home Moms and Dads, people exploring a career change, and anyone looking for a work learning experience.) Basically we welcome applications from people of every age group, skill level, and background. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary!
- Are you an English or Journalism Major?
- Are you studying Advertising, Communications and/or Media Studies?
- Do you have interest in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or Marketing?
What you learn here can be directly related to your field of study!
But dont worry if you are not studying these specific areas, we are just looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills!
-You must exhibit clear and professional written and oral communication skills
-Youre detail oriented and always catch typos and messed up punctuation
-You possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
-You are open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
-You know how to manage your time, stay focused, and avoid distractions when its time to get stuff done
-You have the ability and desire to create a plan and follow through on a project from beginning to end
-You must have access to a reliable computer with a reliable internet connection with a webcam and microphone (built-in or external)
