finance / operations intern

assist our director with accounting/finance, human resource, & administrative needs. this position will have the intern working closely with the director of accounting & human resources to meet the demands of an international multifaceted natural skincare company. this particular internship encompasses multiple job positions, so the applicant must be flexible & open to change & unpredictability. familiarity with accounting/inventory software programs is recommended.
responsibilities include assisting with and or executing the following tasks/projects:
• cash-flow management
• analysis of contract manufacturing arrangements
• job descriptions
• SOP manual for finance operations
• vendor/product components interface
• vendor pricing analysis
• finance file clean-up
• document retention guide

Qualifications:

• strong attention to detail
• high level of organization
• ability to multi-task & prioritize
• effective online research skills
• excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• exemplifies reliability & confidence
• “critical thinker” skills
• GPA of at least 3.0
• an interest (better yet, a passion!) in natural skincare, healthy living & ethical business practices
