We are looking for brand ambassadors from 27 schools across the area to lead our exciting new college outreach campaign for a Fortune 500 company! This is an incredible opportunity for you to use your strong social networks and social skills to generate awareness and create excitement for a brand with a household name.
As a brand ambassador, you will be required to utilize your personal social networks to create dialogue between the brand and your college peers. With a combo of on-the-ground and online promotion, you’ll generate buzz surrounding college promotions and sweepstakes and further brand recognition throughout your school community. From fun tweets and status updates promoting contests, offers and sweepstakes to guerilla marketing tactics like events and distributing flyers, you’ll get the full promotions experience.
Schools Participating…Arcadia, Bowie State University, Cabrini College, Chatham University, Chestnut Hill, Duquesne, Eastern, George Mason, George Washington, Hampton, La Roche, LaSalle, Marymount, Regent, Robert Morris, Rosemont College, Rowan, Rutgers, Saint Joe’s, Swarthmore, Temple, Towson, University of Delaware, Villanova, Virginia Commonwealth University, West Chester and Widener.

You need to live and breathe the online social media world. You must have an impressive social network (Facebook and Twitter) and significant influence within each. When you talk, they need to listen!Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated undergrads (with strong preference toward students who live off campus). Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
Independent and motivated individuals whose past experiences clearly demonstrate a dedication to marketing/PR
Qualifications:
Must be a current junior, senior or graduate college student interested in gaining hands-on experience with a national company. Students who live off campus are strongly desired.Must have spent at least two full years enrolled at the school for which you are applying.
Must be familiar with all social networks and networked successfully within prominent sites.Must have an active personal Twitter and Facebook account with a strong list of followers and friends.
Must have a strong desire to work in marketing promotions (prior experience is a plus).
Access to daily email, Internet and Smart Phone/Blackberry devices.
Able to dedicate up to 10-15 hours per week for a six-week program during August through September.
