Water Works Restaurant and Lounge is Philadelphias Landmark Dining Experience nestled behind the Philadelphia Art Museum on the Schuylkill River overlooking historic Boathouse Row. Water Works is not only a spectacular restaurant but also a premier location to host private events and weddings.

The Water Works Restaurant and Lounge has an opening during Fall 2012 for an unpaid Video and Production Internship. The internship would entail working with the catering department in filming event set-up/takedown, creating promotional videos for our website and social networking media, as well as filming corporate events and weddings. The student will also attend non-profit events and marketing events that the Water Works is involved in. We will also provide footage and pictures from previous events that has been taken that we would like to be used in the promotional video.

Qualifications:

-Possess skills in editing film, presentation, and interpersonal relations
-Currently enrolled in a film/television program
-Must have video equipment and access to equipment to edit video
-Provide a resume along with one short sample of your previous film work
-Interested in gaining experience in this field that could lead to future work
-Film the coordination of events (i.e. set-up and takedown)
-Collaborate with the Catering Department to edit film into promotional videos
-Film Water Works events (corporate, private, weddings, non-profit)
