The Social Media & Marketing Intern will work exclusively in the digital space, collaborating with our Graphic Design Team and our Strategic Communications Consultants to create engaging messages using a wide variety of Social Media platforms.

Core responsibilities for Social Media & Marketing Interns will be:

Collaborate with the Fleck Consulting Team in the design & implementation of campaigns and programs for our public and private sector clients; management of all social media for multiple clients, including daily updates, development of new content, and coordination with the media team to deliver pertinent content in the most efficient and effective manner.

This is the perfect opportunity for a proactive, motivated college student to build an excellent network while acquiring and developing the skills necessary to succeed in either the public or private sector.

Qualifications:

Interns should have flexible schedules, a desire to be involved in the political process, and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to balance keen understanding and vision of the clients goals and the firms strategies with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to pursuing them. Essential qualifications include: superior oral and written communications skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent telephone manner, a comprehensive understanding of the social media space, and an out-of-the-box, can-do attitude.
