The candidate must possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to manage a very high volume of cases

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in representing claimants before the Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
• Travel required.
• Disability Advocacy experience to include knowledge of rulings, regulations, vocational and medical requirements is required.
• Experience in developing a social security case to include preparation of briefs is needed. Should be able manage a large and demanding caseload.
• Above excellent customer service and communication skills are must.
• Knowledge of Social Security System also required.
