Description:

The candidate, under general supervision, performs professional legal work for assigned county offices to provide legal service to and representation for assigned county offices, area adoption office, area intensive foster care and Clinical Services (IFC&CS) Office and Regional Day Care Licensing Office in Family Court on Issues relative to Child Protection, Foster Care, Adoption, Adult Protection and Economic Services. Should have a J.D. degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school and experience as a practicing attorney. Must have 5 years of experience. Should be a member of the South Carolina Bar.
