Description:

Charleston’s premiere Husband & Wife wedding planning team is seeking an intern to begin in January 2013. The ideal candidate will be a college student with a passion for the hospitality and event management industry and will have prior food and beverage experience. We have a busy wedding season and our intern must be able to accomplish the following:

1. Attend all events and be available to set up, coordinate, and break down the event
2. Attend client and vendor meetings as requested
3. Assist with event design and decor
4. Assist with social media and blogging efforts

We understand what it’s like to be a college student and as such are flexible with class schedules. The position is an unpaid resume builder but compensation per event may be permissible to the right candidate. Depending on intern performance, the position may grow into a part-time paid position as it is our intention to groom this intern into becoming an integral member of our team.

Interviews will take place between December 10-13. Position will begin in mid January.
