Location: Interns will work both remotely and in the company office in downtown Charleston

Compensation: for academic credit
Responsibilities:
• Be directly involved and help to maintain Holy City Hospitality’s presence on social networking sites by sparking conversations and engaging online visitors into deeper involvement in HCH companies; 39 Rue de Jean, Coast, Virginia’s on King, Good Food Catering at the Historic Rice Mill.
• Researching and creating social content including gathering photos, videos and other assets
• Research and build a database of relevant blogs.
• Develop and Maintain Holy City Hospitality’s Blog
• Perform administrative and other duties as needed.
• Create new online strategies for more online awareness for the company.
• Work with Marketing Director to implement targeted ads using Facebook, Google AdWords, Twitter
• Since you will be working on the ground floor of a startup, you will also get the opportunity to be involved in other areas of the company, and there is also room for growth after your internship is over.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in school and able to provide proof of school credit as this is an unpaid internship
• Great communication, time management and organizational skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership
• Creative, team player, self-starter and social media savvy.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Office Suite with strong Internet and research skills.
• Prefer communications, media, marketing and digital related college majors.
