The internship role of Director Trainee comes with the responsibility of managing the research driven for an entire state. You would be directly responsible for mining the data and putting it into readable models which lays the foundation for decision making and execution. You would have direct input in determining what neighborhoods in the state are in need of rehabilitation based on statistical findings. You would be working directly with the CEO and COO of the non-profit.

We see undergraduates and graduate students with backgrounds in Criminology, Psychology, African-American/Hispanic Studies, and Sociology as great candidates for this position, however, we will consider other majors as well.

The hours are very flexible based on your availability. This is a very rewarding internship as you would be directly involved in the strategic decisions being made on a state level in determining which neighborhood(s) should be rehabilitated This internship will provide a unique opportunity to stand out, further develop your skills, and have a massive positive impact on a state and national level.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and communication skills
?Strong organizational skills.
?Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
