Overview
Pearlfinders Asia provides research services for marketing agencies and sports teams across the globe, including Manchester City FC and FC Barcelona. We are currently seeking a Research Executive on a three-month internship, to support the expansion of the product as we move into 2014.

Were looking for someone with a strong academic background, the confidence to engage senior decision-makers on the phone, a passion for marketing and sport, a real eye for detail and excellent writing skills. The role involves: -

• Monitoring a range of Asian business and trade press publications
• Telephone interviewing senior executives at the brands featured in the news each day, with a particular focus on marketing and sports sponsorship
• Writing intelligence reports on your findings, ready for distribution to our client base the following morning

Personality:

Were looking for someone keen to build experience working in the UK, particularly in sport or marketing. This role provides unrivalled experience of speaking with some of the most senior executives in Asia, and having these conversations published to some of the most powerful sports teams and marketing agencies in the world.

It would be preferable for candidates to have experience of living and/or working in Asian markets, while language skills (particularly Mandarin) are also a plus. It is vital the successful candidate is willing to work hard as part of a small team.
