Our company is currently seeking customer care representative/ Administrative Assistant for administrative and office duties and various tasks for a busy entrepreneur. Must be web saavy, reliable, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Speak English. This position though part-time is for the long term and will require you to have a quiet work environment
You primary duties are to handle customer service emails, make calls to clients if necessary and what ever else happens like:

* Answering email (Emails only not calls)
* Basic scheduling
* Customer support
* Proof reading and document formatting
* Advanced scheduling includes interview handling, etc.
* Newsletter formatting & broadcasting
* All website updates, including updating testimonials, sales pages
* Basic project management
* Ordering supplies, interfacing with printers and duplicators
* Processing client orders, handling refunds and payment issues

We expect you to possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, be a team player, must be able to work independently with little supervision and not afraid to ask and Candidates should also speak English.
