We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to work as a Financial Sales Quality Assurance Intern in our foreign exchange sales department. The candidate will monitor chats, recorded calls, and report compliance issues to management in our Foreign Exchange Sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent written/verbal communication skills, and be computer proficient; the ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks and will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. This role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Conducting audits/reviews on data and documentation
• Proofreading email and chat transcripts
• Documenting mistakes and compliance issues
• Maintaining a precise record of discrepancies and keeping management informed

Location: Plano, TX
Compensation: $10 an hour
Hours: 7 AM-4 PM (Mon-Fri)
Part time: ~20 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the USA (No H1 Visa Sponsorship)
• AA/BA in related field preferred (Finance, Economics, Business Administration)
• Previous experience in a financial customer service environment preferred
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Internet. CRM software (salesforce.com) experience is a plus.
• The ability to remain focused on repetitive tasks required
• Must have excellent communication abilities (reading, writing, conversational)
