Our firm is currently seeking a ambitious Admin/Mkt Intern who is passionate about creative marketing and the business of real estate. This individual should be highly motivated, detailed-oriented, computer-savvy, extremely organized with the ability to think fast. Also this candidate must communicate effectively, and have great interpersonal skills.

This will be a excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain first hand knowledge about luxury residential real estate and luxury property management in Dallas Texas. To learn hands-on how to employ marketing, demographic research and analysis, and public relations that produce results. Internship duties include but are not limited to the following:

Identify and locate luxury residential properties which help meet the objectives and goals of the organization.
Establish a research method for collecting and analyzing data for each project.
Research potential markets.
Gathers, analyzes, and compares data.
Maintains market intelligence database and uses computer systems to compile and examine statistical data.
Assisting in the creation and production of listing advertisements.
Driving companys on-line visibility and social networking: Daily maintenance of email/vmail/chat listing advertisements, Facebook, Twitter, third party real estate websites, etc.
Accurately and professionally representing our products to provide exemplary service to clients.
Interface with the chamber of Commerce, Visitors & Convention Bureau, Sports Industry and Events & Marketing staff to maintain annual calender of events.
Working knowledge of obtaining corporate sponsors and partnerships.

Be able to multi-task and work in a team capacity.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous regard for detail.
Exhibit professionalism and unfaltering follow through.
Possess analytical skills and have a solid work ethic.
Be proficient in both Mac and PC with a working knowledge of data base development/ maintenance. Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) and Internet marketing.
Command a genuine interest in real estate/ and or marketing.
Currently have Internet, cell phone, web cam and digital camera accessibility.
Currently pursuing a 4-year degree. Exposure to real estate /marketing is a plus.
