Description:

SEO1 Services is presently searching for full time and part time interns for
copywriting. The Copywriters will assist the company with the development
of web sites and promotional materials. English, Advertising, Journalism,
and Marketing majors are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with multiple target markets in relevant, original, and well-crafted traditional and online copy
• Bring original ideas and concepts to the table - style of writing should be fun and clever
• Edit, proof, and utilize grammar skills effectively
• Conceptualize and strategize with others (must be a thinker)
• Develop website content
• Produce advertisement copy and taglines
• Use promotional messaging
• Develop other marketing collateral
• Write press releases
• Produce corporate identification materials
• Name projects and develop descriptions
• Assist other projects as needed

Qualifications:

Required Education: All interns must be working towards a college or university degree with emphasis in English, journalism, advertising, marketing, or other relevant field.

Required Experience:
• Must have writing experience
• Must submit writing portfolio (personal blog acceptable)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, (Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Adaptable and detail oriented
• Dependable and responsible
• Professional and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exhibit sense of urgency
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Show initiative and take an enthusiastic proactive approach to work
