Human Resourse Intern
Description:
We are seeking a part-time Human Resourse Intern. The internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the non-profit industry and to get hands-on experience working in a fast-paced human resourse department.As part of our team, you will be responsible for: Keeping organized records of potential candidate and research new sources for candidates acquisition. Providing a pipeline of possible candidates. Coordinating on campus recruitment. Human resources and organizational development, and some event planning and coordination. Sourcing for resumes and passive candidates. Tracking and reporting metrics of sourcing efforts. Knowledge of the Dallas - Ft. Worth community, review and evaluate the program and make recommendations for adjustments, as well as assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Students majoring in Social Work, Psychology, Business, Social Sciences, or related field from an accredited college or university: You should possess desirable skills such as:Goal and detail oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Handle multiple research projects simultaneously.
Strong interest in marketing and advertising.
Technical and analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills (Bilingual - English and Spanish a+).
Strong computer skills.
Extremely Internet savvy.
Hours:
20 - 25 hours weekly
