This KMS internship has the potential to grow into a full time position for the right candidate.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Engage KMS followers, fans and audience in the social space by posting, monitoring, responding quickly, and communicating with the result of driving traffic to KMS Customer/Client/Association websites-blogs and Social Media Platforms.
* Share-Tweet-Like-Repost; blogs from KMS blog site, social media platforms, and online social groups
* Regularly monitor and track discussion topics
* Generate new and fresh concepts that will engage KMS in social media platforms
* Evaluate and recommend emerging social trends
* Read and provide feedback on social media articles and up and coming trends as well as up and coming changes and additions to social media platforms.

Qualifications:

* Passion for social media and emerging media as it relates to marketing, advertising, business growth and success
* Fast learner with a proactive nature
* Able to take direction and give feedback
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and within a collaborative team environment
* Willingness to wear multiple hats and take on more responsibilities
* Online Journalism background/training is a plus
* Located in/ living in, San Antonio Texas
