Assistant Project Manager Internship
Description:
CCG & Associates Consulting, LLC., is seeking goal-oriented, ambitious, well-spoken individuals to join our internship team. This position will involve communication and relationship development with new clients. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring task are being completed, and everyone is doing his or her job.You may visit our website, select the Careers tab and apply for the position that you feel best meets your skill set.
- Implement project management system for each project, keeping track of deadlines, deliverables, progress, challenges.
- Help CEO and Consultant Intern deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Help keep track of expenses for each project and compare to budgeted amount.
- Serve as a resource person on all projects.
- Assist the Chief Executive Officer with managing the company.
- Work with staff to develop project framework for all internal (non-client) activities and track all projects.
- Aid in organizing weekly intern meetings
Qualifications:
- be comfortable working remotely
- be comfortable talking with upper management / owners
- be organized
- be patient and easy to talk to
- be dependable and an independent thinker
- be computer savvy
- be able to dedicate 2 hours a day (10 hours a week) to the internship
- Applicable Major Business, Management or similar
Hours:
at least ten hours per week

90 days with option to extend
