We are looking for individuals with the desire to increase their leadership skills while giving back to the community. Interning gives you an excellent opportunity to achieve this goal. The Power Program helps individuals less fortunate achieve their goals through entertaining workshops!

Responsibilities:

*Candidates should be comfortable in front of people and able to assist in presentations of fun interactive workshops.
*Candidates must have the ability to learn in a fast pace environment.
*Candidates must attend workshops as scheduled
*Assist in the brainstorming process, review changes within organization.
*Research and create documents for word-usage, grammar, clarity, and style.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person with:

*Reliable transportation
*Access to a computer with internet access and a printer
*Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
*Self-motivated with the desire to maximize leadership skills
*Professional written and verbal communication is a must, along with strong attention to detail
*Able to perform independently as well as a team player
*Exceptional time management skills
