Description:

The right candidate will be a resourceful, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. The intern’s role will be to support and assist in sales, business development and marketing for Affordable Leasing and Finance. They will have good people skills, a strong sense of initiative and commitment, the ability to think creatively and be able to manage and maintain detailed goals in a proper timeline.

Responsibilities:
• Account Management. Qualify leads from tradeshows and enter into database.
• Co-manage our various social media profiles.
• Market research.
• Future business opportunity research.
• Tradeshow and event planning.
• Outbound calling to potential clients.
• Drafting letters, agendas and documents.

This internship is an excellent learning opportunity to gain real experience in marketing, sales and business development. We are looking for an intern who is eager to learn, eager to gain experience and eager to participate in our growing company. This is a non-paid internship.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong research and computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Excel is a strong plus
• High proficiency with social and interactive media
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and ‘whatever it takes’ mentality
• Availability to commit part-time hours in Lakeway, as well as surrounding areas depending on event schedule
• GPA 3.0 or higher
