This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, account management, and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing overdue payments and follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
- Support cash collection efforts by communicating with clients via email and phone to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely updates in our financial systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and address any discrepancies in accounts.
- Handle debt collection cases with professionalism and empathy, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to payments and account status.
- Prepare reports on overdue accounts and collection efforts for management review.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes and customer communication.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various software applications.
- Previous experience in customer service or finance is a plus, but not required.
